Managed to get 2 X out by heating them up, other 4 x no chance

Think I’ve got no choice now that to wait for the other Torx bits

Wondering if there’s anything else I can do in the mean time, cleaned the threads, applies more plus gas

Hit them all with an impact driver

Just hope I don’t have to cut the heads off

Better pic, wondering if its worth about trying to cut the excess threads off

Thks Pete

Indeed ur right , just got to wait for the better torx bits , hopefully weds, Thursday

So replaced the shrieder valves with nice new ones

Managed to finally get the glue off the inside of the back door where it had a window tint , couldn’t see out the back of a night time , took about an hour to get all the glue off

Redone the bonnet where I had removed the letters , also left the lights out because of being in the middle of getting the condenser out

So Just stuck now of just getting the 4 x torx bolts out

Think I’ve got everything removed , so it should just be those torx bits to come out

Also if this helps others in future

The bolts that fit the pipe block onto the condensor ( as per last pic ) are M6 and using a 8mm socket

Bought new stainless steel bolts , they have a 10mm head

Bolts req are flanged

1 x 12mm long
2x 25mm Long

o ring part numbers for the condensers connector block are

1 x JUU500010
1 x JUU500020

Got an O ring assorted kit

These are sizes that match , however I’ll need to double check once on the condenser pipes to ensure the 100% correct

Hopefully will helps others who do this job

Also had a quick look in the workshop manual

4 x torxs on the upper wing which I’ve got out

Fingers crossed it’s just tha 6 x torx bolts on the lower panel

Pete ur a legend Thumbs Up

Because there are indeed 2 x 13mm bolts which came off easily, got one torx out which allowed me to lift the bracket behind up out the way

But just undoing those 13mm bolts would indeed save having to remove the 4 x front torx bolts

Disconnected batteries first then removed impact sensor

Just got the side torx bolts now

Thks again Bow down Bow down

So after a cuppa realised I should read DMs thread again, noticed the slam panel sits on pegs Whistle

Finally got the new condensor in, just placed it there as had enough for today

Hoovered all the junk out so was all nice and clean for the new condensor

Only snapped one bolt , the left hand lower wing one by the headlight

Ordered all new stainless steel bolts with hex heads , dug my tin of coppaslip out to give each bolt some when I fit them

Had to disconnect batteries in order to remove both airbag impact sensors , bolts hidden underneath using socket 13mm , impact sensor bolts were 8mm

Really grateful for the help, thank u so much Bow down

Some piccies
