| Are all D4 electric seats heated? If so, why dont mine work? |

Bought a set of electric seats and fitted them ages ago, but only just got round to getting dash heating control panel.
Test fitted just now, and all other functions work as expected, but i press the heated seat button and nothing happens-no illumination at all.
So I wondered if all electric seats have heating? The seats are not memory if that makes any difference.
I am not really bothered, but would like to get them working if they are heated seats!

Dont you have to tell the car it has heated seats  Discovery 3 se gone

Are they leather or cloth finished,. Think general rule of thumb with LR is leather or half leather will be heated but cloth are not D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

mine's a 2011 XS … leather seats, not memory. heated worked fine last winter when it was cold enough to need it.

If the switch isn't illuminating then perhaps there is a relay missing. Looks like there is no power to the switch

If the headunit is a GS unit and you have just added heated seat buttons then it won't illuminate (but seats should heat up)
Silly question but have you checked ccf has been updated to heated front seats.
From what I have seen all front leather seats are heated in the D4 Stolen - D4 Loire Blue
D4 Bali Blue
