Just strange their launch material says one thing and the tech says another.

Daytime driving lights seem to be a bit more subtle than those I've seen on Audis.

They are on, honest.

Good day today. Very sedate drive home, keeping the mpgs dead on 30. Arrived home in a good mood and hardly having wanted to kill anybody.

When I pressed the point about the D3 not needing one because it's not an RRS, form over function etc, one of the guys started telling me that it was for useful extra cooling.

You mean to say you learned nothing from my 'How to have complete road rage for no good reason' lessons on the way back through Clapham and Wandsworth Whistle

Perhaps I was still on a high from leaving London. That always seems to put me in a good mood Wink

Possibly, may be relevant to the V8 as there won't be FBH so there'll probably be room for a second airbox
We should probably have had a look under the bonnet of one of the RRS supercharged there for a clue

Why would they want to fit an ancient out dated FFRR dash into a Disco. What are they or should I say how will they fill the 2" short fall either side of the dash. I suppose a couple of black sponges would do Thumbs Up

Bigger brakes mean 18" is definitely the smallest rim you'll get over them unless you go for the 2.7L TDV6 D4 which will apparently have the existing brakes

Thanks. At least we don't have to stick with 19" when wanting tough sidewalls.

I think Stumpy means just the funky dual view screen and drivers all singing dancing display, not all the butler friendly leather surrounding it Wink
