We have a Disco 4 (2010), and over the past 6 months the fuel gauge has become erratic as increases and decreases in between refills plus miles to empty is all over the place, showing zero then high and then counts down rapidly to zero which on one occasion did catch us out. Anyone else had this problem?

Yes, twice. Its a wiring issue at the sender located on top of the tank. Think LR did a repair kit

Thanks for the info. Now all I need is a Garage with experience on Discos to fix it, as opposed to main dealer.

Much appreciated.

If you complete your profile with a more precise location someone may well be able to recommend a good "Indy".

Good luck.
