D4 Middle row headrests

Hello
My D4 HSE middle-row headrest is damaged. Its has the dvd player for the rear seats to view and that works fine. The issue is the attachment of the posts inside the headrest itself i.e the plastic frame. I am looking for a parts diagram so I can order replacement pieces that are broken. can anyone help with a parts list or diagram ?
