No. Well mine didn’t. MY14 rings a bell for it being introduced.

First fitted on my14, the one with proper Daylight running lights and it’s brilliant IMHO, pity the ouput of the main beam doesn’t match, but that’s the sacrifice of being pretty
Only one reason it doesn’t stop, its trying telling you the battery charge is low, best battery condition indicator made IMHO It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

I shouldn't worry about Stop/Start; many of us who have it don't like it, and either switch it off every time one drives the car, or better still disable it, re-enabling for MoT only .

Thanks Guys, I thought it should have it, but maybe not then
My MY14 has the switches and lights but does not do anything. Both batteries are fine, it just seems to have been blocked somewhere.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It probably needs a software update. One of my D4’s, I think it was my 14 plate, start/stop system did initially work and then stopped. LRA download a “patch” and that fixed it.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Mine has never worked but has passed mot twice and that was at the main dealers..I have the 5 year service package otherwise I would not use a MD
Mine only works after twenty four hours on the CTEK, will work for a few days before it stops working, I don’t have an issue with it, short journeys are the killer, I can live with it.
The other week I filled up with fuel did a five mile journey and the mpg readout was sitting at 28.4, got caught at two lengthy stays at traffic lights, surprised at how quickly the mpg changed, first set of lights, lost 2.3 mpg after the second sets as down at 23 mpg.

Your battery is on the way out!- I can almost guarantee with a new battery even on short journey’s it will last 3-5 weeks before needing a topping up charge, depending on time of year and weather conditions.
Remember it is amps that provide the power, not volts. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
I’m not concerned, the SS only worked for a week or so after a day on the CTEK for the two years prior to LRA changing the battery after it failed on the drive, SS then worked for about a week then stopped working that was just over a year ago, went through last winter ok with no warnings or issues.

Had my D4 just 3 weeks, stop / start has not worked at all so far. No warnings or errors.
Yesterday charged both batteries with new Ctek 7. Still not working, both batteries appear to be OK, measuring over 13 volts with engine switched off.
I have iiD arriving today, never used one before, can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I should be looking for?
I have read on here about a battery monitoring system that may need resetting?
Many thanks.2014 D4 HSE Facelift Corris Grey
