| D4 Strange Central Locking Issue |

Hi, I'm a Disco3.co.uk noob and this is my first post.
I recently bought a 2010 D4 as a second car, had a few LR / RR's in the past, but not experienced an issue like this.
Car has keyless start/stop but not keyless entry, when I lock the car with the key fob it sounds as though the locking is working, but the drivers door doesn't lock, and nor does the rear passenger door. If I leave the car for a while (only noticed when left for an hour or more) and then return all the doors are locked, and they don't always open with the key. Sometimes I've had to keep unlock button depressed to open the windows so that I can then put my hand through and open the doors.
I sometimes also get two pips from the alarm shortly after locking the doors.
I had tried to take the door card off yesterday to have a look, but I was defeated as I couldn't see how it came off. got the two lower screws by the door pocket, the one by the inner door release behind the little black cover, and one on the top edge of the door by the window. it seems to be stuck around door handle where I imagine there would be a screw or two, but I couldn't seem to find them..
Any help to shed some light on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

there is a thread somewhere on here about how to remove the card, although if I remember rightly it may take some finding.
Geoff would be a good guy to PM once you have a few more posts, he isn't too far away I don't think. Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Thanks Dave, I'll take another look, I had searched.. Does seem a strange issue..
Do you know what the Post Count required for PM's is? on a VX site I'm an admin on it's set at 5..

Back from a trip to France and Still got this issue with central locking.. Going to an independent LR mechanic tomorrow..
