D4 Timing Belt, what about pump?

Ok chaps, it's coming up to crunch time when I need to get the old girls belts changed and have read many times of the waterpump being changed at the same time, but is this only the case on the older D3 2.7 engine or also advisable on the 3.0 T/SDV6 engines?

Depends if you have a warranty or not I suppose , mine are due but im only having done what the LR dealer shows is required and what the warranty says the criteria is for an eligible claim be that wear and tear or failure post timing belt 7 year service.
The Dealer sheet says belts and fuel belt no pumps or anything .

At that price definitely Thumbs Up

Also getting a price for replacement intercooler to be fitted as I'm pretty much convinced that mine's clogged beyond reproach and hence the cause of my poor mpg.
