D4 vanity mirror bulb type
Can anyone tell me what bulb type is in a D4 vanity mirror pleaseLast night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!

All the interior lamps are W5W 5 watts

are you sure it has blown? I thought one of mine had a few weeks back, turned out to be just unseated.Joined the BMWX5 45e group

It's not my car and miles away so can't see it
I know the interior lights are w5w but the vanity mirror lights are different but not the same as the D3 vanity lights she's replacing with led lights
Has anyone replaced the vanity lights on a D4 with led

That's from the digital copy of my 2011 D4 HSE manual. I'd take a bulb out and double check but unfortunately I don't have the D4 at the moment as its at the dealers being serviced and as it has battery problems, I might not get it back today.

Hi together,
I wanted to replace my vanity mirror bulbs with LEDs as well. But it looks like LR moved over to some new bulbs somewhere after MY 11. My MY13 has two small bulbs on each side of the mirror that look like bulbs often found in instrument clusters - nether a w5w nor a soffite as depicted in the online manual . As they did not come out easily I left them for the moment.

It's a 2010 D4 hse
Your right they are not w5w like the manual says suppose that's Land Rover for you, they change the bulb but don't update the manual
