Just had a call to film an interview with David Smith, Chief Exec of Land Rover. He's doing a live two way with Sky News tomorrow re: the economy at 1110 ish. I can't actually do the job, but thought he might be able to give me a clue as to why my D3 is now worth less than the fuel inside it!
Seriously, it's probably just about the economy, but there's some reason he didn't want to do it from the LR plant? 2005 D3 HSE

Sorry, 'in house' slang for the interviewer chatting to him from the studio.

To do what exactly ??
Dave Smith is actually going on air wanting to press for the BoE to reduce interest rates . FYI the unions are very perceptive to the current climate and working very closly with the company in order to minimise general job losses by facilitating voluntary redundancies ...which thankfully are over subcribed at present. 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
