Evidently there are three choices on the LR3 for daytime running lights. What are the differences between daytime running lights, Scandinavian daytime running lights, and Canadian daytime running lights?MHB

You live just down the road from Google and didn't think of searching?
It seems to just be the difference between dedicated Daytime running lights (Scandanavia) and re-using the existing lights (Canada) by running them at lower voltages or pulsing them to reduce the brightness.
I hope this helps 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG

I assume you found these in the CCf file.
I can get the scandinavian DRL working but I cannot get the Canadians working. Maybe that is because I have a europeen car.Roel

Renton,
I have a faultmate MSV-2 from BBS. With that you can change a lot off settings of a D3.
See Wiggs and BBS spy posts.

Was hoping for an "easier" and cheaper solution Roel. Would have been logic to have an adjustment to set it to your likings.

Renton,
The cheapest solution is to have it done by your dealer. Much cheaper than buying a faultmate and studying the manual for a complete saturday....
Unless you have other plans for the faultmate of course.
