booked in for a service today.
Found a dent on the door when I picked it up. (not there when I dropped it off)
Had to see the manager.
They have a sheet to note any damage, no damage was noted.
He said we have a 100% honesty policy.
Me - ok
It may have been done by a customer
Me - ok
You park at your own risk
Me - ok
We find all sort of things once we clean your car. They come in dirty.
Me - ok but you havnt cleaned mine.
He implied that some try it on.
Me - ok
Me - so?
We will sort it out for you.
Me ta very much.
Booked in for 30th, the chap was going to do it at home but they may need to take door trim off. So it has to go to them and I will get a loan car.
I was calm and polite didn't get angry / annoyed ...
If it sorted out - then positive feedback to the dealer
If not ....... lets wait and see.

You must have been at the same dealership I was at today.
I put the car in to get a brand new key fob programmed.
The old key and the new key came back to me with some white sh*t etched into both keys.
LR. Yeah weve looked at every possibility and none of our guys can understand what has happen
me. Okay?
LR. Hands me the keys back!!!
Me. So thats it then........ the thing I send into to get fixed gets trashed and thats okay?
Geez I hope you are reading this Mr. LR.
TFC here I come, whats the minimum callout?
