When I spoke to Nene about 2 years ago about this they said they don't convert the D4s any more as the factory options made the paperwork etc to do it afterwards pretty pointless and they would order a commercial from Land Rover.
They weren't overly competitive for ordering through compared to dealers pricing for doing this either and wouldn't shift from list prices. Very knowledgable about the product though unlike a few of the dealers I spoke to. Action Cam Talk - Free Action camera chat and member discounts

To be honest, the standard Discovery 4 UK price list PDF, downloadable from the main LR website, is pretty comprehensive and accurate about 99% of the Commercial options and easy to follow.... 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial

Had the salesman call me last week, and was expecting a conversation along the the lines of "you can't have the almond/arabica interior", but no! It was you can't have Bounville Brown! Apparently even though it's a current colour etc, they've deleted it -,I guess due to low take up of that option. So I've gone for Nara Bronze.
So far so good on the interior front.

Actually, there doesn't seem to be anything in the current D4 price list (July 2012) that says you can't have any of the various colour trim options in the D4 Commercial........... so you should be in luck! 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial
