Defender2.net clickthrough. Double trouble

When I click through the Defender2 icon on the front page of this forum it opens 2 windows for Defender 2. I've tried on different pcs with ie5.5 and ie7 and still get the same problem. Anyone else finding this?
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Acknowledged - seems to be a problem with IE only, should be a relatively quick fix, will update later.

I noticed this yesterday. I opens 2 seperate windows (tabs in my case).

Windows Vista Business with Firefox 2.0.0.6.

All of these links are affected by this but it only happens if you click on the hyperlink... (Freel2, fullfatrr, RRSport & Defender2). Simply clicking on the area around the link will open the window correctly

It happens because the <td> tag that the hyperlink is in also has a onClick event that uses Javascript to open the site in another (new) window.

Easy to fix....either remove the onClick event from the table cell or the standalone hyperlink itself.

Absolutely Paul - that's what I'll be doing (removing the hyperlink) Smile

Paul's also spotted the workaround - click anywhere inside the highlighted orange rectangle other than the site name hyperlink itself or click the site icon to get a single window for the site you want.

Did I miss something, or have we lost the "Print entire topic" option?

Is it just me? Confused

Doh, Just found Martins post from 15th August about its removal... Rolling Eyes
