I was about 6.6
Dealer experience not great - financing with the Chris' at prestige car finance who were really great
Finance guy at dealer did match their flat rate, but don't want to give them the business as he was so infuriating.

The local dealer's offer was to offer me basically nothing for my existing car (I've just sold it to a dealer for over £2k more than they offered trade-in) and about a 4% discount. To be fair I didn't haggle at all - just said I was disappointed with the trade in offer and left it at that.

my dealer told me that as soon as the car has a VIN I'll be able to track it. You must have unhelpful dealers in UK?

Because I'm buying through an online broker I don't have contact with the dealer. Although to be fair he's said he'll let me know when it's being built. They certainly get very good reviews (the broker) and he's very quick to answer emails - I just don't want to sound too needy by emailing every week ans asking if he's heard anything! Smile

You can track it until it arrives in Port Kembla; then it disappears (speaking from personal experience). If there is a delay, no one knows anything (again from personal experience).

Yes, guess so - I was torn between wanting it for the tail end of the winter (which turned out to be a more wintery that we'd expected) and wanting it new for the summer.

Anyway - I'm into rentals now for a few weeks so I can change my car every month if I want to!

I've been told a rather nebulous figure of 20 days after docking. I was originally told 04 August however when I got a copy of the paperwork it had been changed to 15th. Don't care, just in time for spring Thumbs Up

Hi Guys
Ordered my Santorini black HSE from paul at donnellys land rover in dungannon 4th April -build date 11th June with expected delivery 26th June
this sounds about the usual wait doesnt it!
