Just had 36k (@34k) service, advised 70 - 80% wear in pads, $400 to do it while we complete service (which I do not think is excessive) but will do my self. It will be interesting to see parts cost & time taken. discovery 3 V6 Buckingham Blue

Both sets of pads cost me $126 a set, I wasn't able to get aftermarket sets which will probably be around $60 when they hit the deck

I had my front pads changed at the 15,000 mile service by LR for £150. I have since found that you can buy the pads for £25.00 on flea bay and the wear indicator wiring for about £5. DIY for £30.00! FFRR 2017 4.4SDV8 Autobiography. Cost so much I must be mad!

If I move more than 30 yards at once I start looking for the cruise control.
My drives are short distance generally until holidays and then they're much bigger. So lots of start stop all day and auto.
But I will most definately fit my own next time. FFRR 2017 4.4SDV8 Autobiography. Cost so much I must be mad!
