There is pdf some where but can't find it .
Basically ,
Remove mudflaps (3 screws)
Remove both rear light units (2 screws on each unit) and pull light unit out and unplug
Remove 1 x bolt each side (top bolt where the light unit would have hidden it)
Remove 4 x screws underneath the bumper cover
Remove the 4 clips on the inner edge of the bumper cover , tailgate cover to be lifted to see them.
Pull out the arches (on poppers) to access bumper screw behind
Pull out bumper where it meets the arches and then it should be ready to slide off.
Pretty sure that's all , very easy job though
