make sure the chain is correctly fitted.

The red links should go on the square marks on the cam.

And turn the engine over by hand on the crank first, you ensure nothing clashes.
You could do this before fitting injectors, it makes it slightly easier

Hi guys
Finally got the thing back together,but....

I’ve done the head gasket but It won’t start on its own. It’ll start on easy start and idle fine but revs very slowly and not past 2000rpm.

I’m wondering about the correct fuel pressure?
What range should it be with engine off and also engine at idle please?
Many thanks

Don't know. However

these do take a while to prime the fuel system before starting.

turn the ignition on for 30 seconds, and repeat 3 times may help

You have a few fault codes that could do with fixing though!
AIr intake sensor. Is the air flow and temp sensor (just before the V conencted ?

Is doesn't like injector1. ANy history here ?

I had the air sensors disconnected at the time, but made no difference when all plugged in.

I may pull all the injectors and have them all tested I guess....

You could try swapping injector 1 with another one.

If the fault code moves it’s the injector

If it stays after a clear. Ecu or wiring fault

Have a good check all the Wiring is plugged back in.
