should'nt be a problem so long as you're willing to have someone elses problems if yer want a HSE, otherwise should be fine for a SE with above average mileage Whistle

In a couple of months should be able to get a HSE for sub 18k Thumbs Up

What are you shocked about?

Prices are on their way down, you'll do much better than £18k for an 05 SE Thumbs Up
Your requirements describe exactly the car I bought in Dec, for £15,600.00
D3 incl. genuine glass windscreen, front bi-focal headlights, full width rear bumper, self levelling washer bottle contents and audible 'tick tock' indicator stalk
911 GT3 had one [never]
R8 V12 just gone [past me]

Ah! I thought you were saying it wasn't enough!

I have looked around and at the moment it does look more like £16K or there abouts rather than £17K. I am still looking but I do like the look of this car. Just finalising the cash and in a couple of days will be looking to buy but I can wait if I have to. Does the price come down the more you head towards the summer?

Once I get the Disco I want I'll just need to offload my old RR P38 - its done me well over the years but don't want to risk going over to France again this year in it.

PS. First time I have bought a car privately and I don't really want to take thousands in cash in my pants! What's the usual way of paying - bankers draft?

If your selling private only take cash. bankers draft can bounce.

When I sold mine the buyer came and had a look we agreed a price and I said see you in Lloyds bank with the cash. It got paid in then we sat down did the paperwork. Took 15 mins tops.

Payments up to £10k can be done online by faster payment system and there is CHAPS for same day payment for larger amounts. All our cars are sold this way.

He's buying, not selling.

Okey dokey, finally put some more images on here, went to clean her at the weekend and the local jet wash was out of order!! aarrgghh!
So will try again this weekend! When I have cleaned her this weekend she'll be advertised at £16,500. Ill take £16,200 from someone off the forum.
I have tried to list the spec below;
74,000 miles, Automatic, Height Adjustable Air Suspension, All-Terain System, Hill Descent Control, Full Leather Heated Front and Rear Interior, Drivers Memory Seat with 3 Program Buttons for Seat and Side Mirrors, Touch screen Navigation System, Automatic Xenon Headlights, Auto Rain Sensors, Rear Parking Sensors, Power Folding Heated Electric Door Mirrors, Front Fog Lights, On-board Trip Computer, CD Multi-changer with Harmon Kardon 8 Speaker Sound System incl. Amp & Sub, Cruise control, OEM Side Steps and Heavy Duty Tow Bar, Rear Parcel Cover, Alarm, Full Set of Rubber Floor Mats with Boot Liner, 4 x 12volt power supply points. 2 Remote Keys which Set Seat Position and Turn on Lights, Full Service History. Exceptional Vehicle in Excellent Condition. 2005 Model Attracts Lower Road Tax

The two taken just this weekend!

The start of the snow Thumbs Up

I think you get sunroof, more speakers and 4x4 info on screen, but this can be enabled by a couple of guys on here.
I had planned on installing full multimedia etc so I purchased the video leads which connect to back of the screen if you're interested in these too.
