Forgot to mention, the only small modification I have done is replace the side lights with brighter LED's which match the Xenon's white light.

Hi All, ok I have been offered £15,900 for my SE and it's going on Tuesday unless anyone wants her for £16k before then. Its a garage so I am not too worried about giving back word!

Sounds like you have shaken on a deal with the garage-unless you told them the car is still for sale elsewhere I think you should honour your agreement................arggggh (that was the sound of my halo slipping and choking me)

If the disco is valued higher by someone else then surely that's my prerogative, and at the end of the day the dealer will still get his sale

probably a week to soon for me. Have just sold my previous car and funds are a week or so off. Oh well the search will continue. If anyone hears of an SE or HSE around similar money im looking.
I'll make up the difference of £100 for the side steps - notice the o/s has a little dent....

Well spotted sir! That's where they performed their job description and protected the door when sliding a little in the snow.
It's a whole different thing selling the car elsewhere or stripping bits off it and expecting the same amount from the dealer so no can do I'm afraid, nice try tho!!
PGW97 would be outraged if I did that

For what its worth, I got a card in the post this morning from one local main dealer offering "£500 over the market value of your vehicle". It's on high quality LR marketing material, so presumably its not limited to that dealer. It seems you have to print a voucher to get it , at www.wewantyourlandrover.co.uk. You'll need a password, I won't be selling mine so let me know if you're interested and I'll PM you the password (assuming its not personalised to me).
