Disco3 Egr valve fault

Hi all, I have a problem with a 2008 disco 3 Egr valve fault.

I have replaced both Egr valve, with genuine landrover ones,
But car keeps losing power, on the road.
Have checked air intake system for leaks,
The fault code I keep getting is p045a-00, no mill lamp on.
Special program s off turned off,on dash.
Also have a fault code in all terrain control module of
u0401-94,

Have checked wiring, all looks good

Anybody had this fault before????

Also transfer case ecu has had a lot of crossion on connectors,

Any help would be great

First step would be to clean up that connector as it can throw different faults. "U" type faults are information only

Do you have an IID tool? These are expensive but gold dust with one of these. The IId will let yoy watch the function of the valves so you can see if they are stuck open or not for example

Have to do about 4 miles before it faults.
Can any tell me if the fault code is for a specific side?
