It's a software bug, apparently caused by a new release! The code will work for some orders but where free delivery also kicks in, it will not. They are working on it now, in the meantime, as I suggested above just add a note to the order saying you would like a refund of the forum discount and I will process that. Paul Redding

Yes you can use ADVLRF which will give you 5% off, however this code is being replaced by caode AF4LRP which will give higher discounts based on spend criteria, if you look us up on the main page here under suppliers, there is an update for Discount codes  Paul Redding
