Hello my TDV6 heater is blowing cold air but improves when the RPM is increased. The engine temperature needle stays in the middle but to be sure I have changed the thermostat and blead the system to remove air, although air bubbles still seem to always be visible.(screw on small hose above fan and screw on top of header tank, there is no bleader on heater pipes). The oil is in good condition and does not seem to use any water.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Regards Wayne

sound like the heater core maybe blocked. You could try disconnecting both hoses and reverse flush them. would need to add fluid and anti freeze afterwards to top up system

Cheers Pete. I’m going to try flushing first but have a replacement and will likely have to give it a go
