Not sure what happened to the CD, but the manual is downloadable in post 1 of this topic by the looks of things I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Thanks for that. I have already downloaded that document, and it is not a workshop manual. It's more of an owner's manual. I understand that the information referred to as being on the RAVE was a proper workshop manual.

I don't know what RAVE stands for but it was used on T1 through to T4 which is what we used under BMW ownership in the 90's, they started using a different system when FORD took over so I don't think there are any RAVE disc's for D3's or any of the current models..

You have to click on "SLOW DOWNLOAD", wait till the timer goes to 0 then a download button will appear, click on it and it will start.
Yes a bit slow when downloading

Hello All,
Can an one help me with the following, I have little or no heating during the winter months, it takes at least 15 min for any heat to build up, and even then its poor.
Oh by the way its a 2006 Discovery 3 Tdv6 2.7
Looking forward to a warmer winter.
