Discovery 4 GS "Unsupported USB Device" on radio d

Occasionally when I get in my Disco 4 GS and start the engine the radio display shows "Unsupported USB Device".

Ok, this would make sense if I had plugged an unsupported device in to the USB socket in the centre console, but I haven't plugged anything in...

Has anyone else experienced this?
