Discovery 4, Horse racing camera vehicle
Hi guys, I am new to this forum but I thought you would be interested in my company's new Discovery 4 camera tracking vehicle
It's a 2012 commercial SDV6 fully customised inside for camera equipment and 2x operators, we primarily use it for the Channel 4 horse racing delivering smooth tracking shots.
Enough of me babbling on here are some pictures

I have to say I am very impressed with its capabilities so far, dealing with all sorts of terrain at high speed very well.
Lets not forget the old but reliable V8 S2 it replaced:

Outstanding first post.
My work had use of a modified D3 with a gyrostabilised mount on the roof with 2 operator stations. It was a little more rough and ready as removal of row 2 seats provided the space for the 19" racks and the operators sat in the 3rd row seats.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Sounds interesting, who do you work for?

I took some pictures of your unusual D2 in Esher back in 2006
That's going back a bit, I often wondered if anyone had posted up pics of the vehicles in the past, you do get some funny looks driving about

I've got a tip for that one. Bet on the horse that wins.
