Yes that’s the stuff mentioned above.
Mine were similar to how yours look in the photos.....and what I did was, spray brake cleaner on a rag and clean the traffic grime off until I was satisfied they were as clean as I could get them - takes a bit of time! I then used Autoglym super resin polish which contains very effective cleaning properties - again, takes time and patience. Lastly, when I thought I’d got them as clean as I possibly could, they were given a couple of layers of wax. I will now keep a close eye on them going forward, and no doubt have to clean them again at some point.
It’s difficult to comment definitively using only photos as a guide, but I don’t think they need renewing or respraying. Just try cleaning effectively before you spend a lot of money.Discovery 4 HSE SDV6

....or take your D4 to a decent 'detailer', as I'm sure they'll have seen this issue before and will know how to rectify it. I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.
