Display screen Upgrade

Hi, I have just bought a 2011 Commercial Discovery 4 and it has the standard screen with Radio, Sat nav etc, however I assume it is the basic screen as the voice activation does not work and there is no DAB. Does anyone know if there is an available upgrade which allows for both of these and if so what the cost would be?
