Displaying system engine fault |
|
Hi everyone I'm looking for some help to stop the SYSTEM ENGINE FAULT from displaying every time I start my car.
I have read the codes and car runs a little rough idle until warm, I'm thinking turbo hose as seems a little under powered and getting some black smoke when I put the foot down, although I can't see any splits with a torch and do they whistle a bit when they are split.
These are the fault codes below, which ones should I be worried about please.
U1A44-6C(2E)

B1B70-01(2E)

Sounds like your turbo actuator rod is stuck, search the board on how to fix it. Are your egr's blanked ?. as the P140A-00(2D) is a egr fault code

Hi yes blanked the egr valves off about 5 years ago. Was hoping it wasn't going to be the actuator as they sound a bit tricky to get too. Current vehicle: disco 3 (55) SE 2.7tdv6, grill mod, colour coded wheel arches and some shiny bits.
