Guys I am going to post my ECU to board sponsor Alive for a tune, does anyone have a DIY removal guide with pics please ?

Need to remove mine to send to ALIVE for a tune any DIY guide on removing the ECU on a D4 2012 SDV6 would be very welcome ?
