Doctor's receptionist

Every time I call to book in my car for something I can't work out myself I get the person at the front of the house that knows nothing, but thinks they do. I'm going to France in two weeks and wanted to get something checked that I'm pretty sure about what it is. I told them the symptoms and sent over a scan of the fault codes I downloaded from my icarsoft LR3.0 scanner to be told:

"Thank you for your email regarding the suspension fault on your Discovery 3. The fault codes you have attached do not mean much to us as Landrover diagnostics have different numbers and codes to yours. So we will have to plug our Landrover diagnostics which XXXXXXXX uses".

Fault codes are as follows:

Ride level - UO416-86
ATCM (All terrain) UO416-94
Vehicle dynamics - C1A00-88. Fail code 4995
Body control module 0 B1B70-81.

Occasionally I get a "Suspension fault no special programs" which clears with the ignition, Newish compressor and battery, brand new reservoir. Each morning I'd come out and notice the car had dropped all the way down, and when she was pumping herself up I got a vehicle in extended mode message which was false. I'm thinking it's a valve block or height sensor, any thoughts?

I pulled fuse 16 and front suspension dropped by exactly 20mm each corner.

Can't help with your situation, though I do share the pain.

Someone recently told me that if Border Control are really serious about controlling migrant numbers then they should start employing doctor's receptionists!
