Can anyone recommend a dog guard? I'm thinking of the sort that fits behind the rear (oops, 2nd row, must get used to this) seats to stop dogs in the loadspace from jumping over.
I'm not keen on the official Land Rover one, looks a bit of a faff to fit & remove, and I don't want it in there permanently.
TIA

The Trav all ones are really nicely made, fit easily and not too much money - bought a used on off here and then added the divider - looks OEM really - you can get them off Amazon or the travall website. Bonatti Grey with Tundra, Duratracs, DISCO3 sticker, De-badged then rebadged in black, EGRs blanked - still saving for IC and BAS remap...

Agree - Travall superb and divider an excellent addition. Shame it only fits in centre rather than being movable, however.

Plenty of folks on here used boxes rather than guards.
I use a Lintran and would never go back to just a guard...keeps the rear soooo much cleaner Cheers Ian

Yes, the Travall ones do look good. Have ordered one, thanks for the recommendation.
Boxes are not really an option for us, we have two greyhounds! Otherwise, I'd agree

They do look rather sweet! Can't imaging our two in them though. Our old dog, would have been perfect for her...

Modified the Trav All divider to go off center |
|
@37ferdie
I bought the Trav All dog guard and the divider but also wanted to mount it off center (2/3 for me and 1/3 for my portuguese Waterdog..). therefor I modified it through (1) making two new holes on the top for the taps to go into which was easy and (2) got some help to weld a new thing to put the lower screw into.
Works perfect and I can, if I want move it between the two positions!

Thought about doing that - but got stuck with the welding bit!

Too big, and they get upset if confined. If there was a box big enough for them that I was happy to put them in, then I can't see two of them going in the back of the car.
Anyway, the Travall guard has arrived now. Turned up very promptly, looks very well put together and was easy to assemble & fit. Full marks for it so far...
