Door mirror puddle lights

Hi, seeing as I stood in some dog s Censored t last night whilst getting in my car, I though if only the puddle light were on the mirrors other than inside the door Mad
I have done a quick search on this, but nothing much comes up.
Were disco 3's ever fitted with these, as when i have looked under my mirrors they seem to have a knock-out for some.

Would it be possible to retrofit them?

Cheers Dan

Nope. Puddle lights are on the door bottoms. Always have been.

I seem to remember a post along time ago mentioning that it was either RRS or the FL2 came with puddle lights in the mirrors, and one of them uses the same mouldings as the D3, can't remember which tho.

You can get RRsport mirrors with the puddle lights ..the same as the D3 ones .

Or you can buy the lights them selfs for about £8.00 each . Having taken a wing mirror apart ..its quite a hard job getting the extra cables through the mirror .

The main wires in the car ..so i have read ..are already there ..but if not it would not take much to bring a couple of wires up from the lower door lights to the wing mirrors
