DPF and IID Tool

May be a silly question, but is there any way to tell if the DPF is getting close to requesting a regen by looking at live values with the IID? There are a couple of DPF values available -Sensor Voltage and Volume remaining, but they never seem to change - 0.8v and 0% respectively.

Are there any values I should be looking at that would give me some sort of idea?

Glad it's not just me then Del Very Happy The other value I looked at was Exhaust Manifold Pressure, but that read 0 kpa no matter what the engine was doing!

Hi Guys

This would be a good one to look at: Differential pressure across particulate filter (or similar name depending on the engine).

Not sure what is the threshold but this would be the main trigger for a regeneration.

Cheers
