The seat cushion was replaced under warranty about a year ago (went saggy) but the replacement is still very uncomfortable. I had hoped the side squabs would soften with use but alas not. I tried a MY2008 and it was much comfier. Is the replacement of a seat base DIYable and anyone got any idea how much they are?

Designed to get more uncomfortable as time goes on BCP,  a bit like mine developing a minimum of 1 fault a week, with just 2 wks of warranty left.
