Drivers side turbo / boost actuator pipe leak

My D4 has developed a severe blow on the drivers side turbocharger piping to the boost actuator assembly. The hose at the actuator end is fine . As far as I can see the metal pipe part is ok too. The pipe feels very loose and I suspect that the turbocharger end connection has blown.
I can't see the turbo end at all.

Is there a way to get this pipe off or is this going to be a body off job to get at it? Has anyone managed to change this pipe in situ? If so how? Is it a flanged connection or a hose?
2011 D4 HSE, it'll be nice if it ever works!
