Got to agree with MacLeod on this one, they should not be listing products they do not have in stock.
We have a large ebay shop and if we are selling something that goes in short supply then we remove it from sale until it is back in stock.
As a large powerseller account we have an ebay account manager, he has told us that it is against ebay policy to list general products that are not available to send to the customer within a few days.
Duckworths may be a good dealer but on ebay they don't look great, plenty of neg feedback for long delivery delays due to not having the goods in stock. I have something to say! It's better to burn out... than to fade away!

If they were to list the item with a delivery time then that would be better
"buy now,get it next year" sort of thing
The best thing to do is give them a call and ask them and see if you can get to the bottom of this
They have always let me know about long delays and never made promise's on parts that were on back order

Dear Mr Mcleod
Service items are always kept in stock that are listed on ebay from time to time accessories aren't always in stock.
With regards to your next day service note with the paypal payment, if you had contacted us to inform you wanted next day delivery over the phone or by email, i would have charged you the correct postage cost to do this.
However as you didn't pay any extra for delivery, they were sent on a standard 1st class royal mail parcel service.
I am sorry that the items seem to be delayed but i unfortunately can't awlays rely on the Royal Mail to deliver on time.
If you want to speak with me regarding this matter you can contact me on 01673 842101, someone is on the phone at all times to take messages or to transfer you to me.
Regards
Dan.

I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

It just aint worth the hassle for a few quid is it. When I rang him, b4 doing the BIN price, I said I had to have them next day as the car was having ALL pads done and car cannot be off the road, and hey presto they let me down, had to go with my daughter in a Jimny, and no SE meet.
Cheers Duckworth , lost a customer permanently through inconvienience caused
