DVD player & Screens - Help

Morning All,

New here - just bought a 07 Discovery 3 HSE last night.

It's got a Veba 6 DVD changer in the boot and 2 Necvox screens. The screens turn on and DVD player can be heard playing a DVD when AUX is selected but nothing showing on the screens, oh and there no remotes, obviously Rolling Eyes Any one got any experience with these to get them working or any ideas?

I've tried searching the internet for remotes / user guides and no such luck!

Thanks in advance.

If its like the install I have then at the base of each seat you will have the source input for each screen. Check that there is a lead plugged in to each for the video stream.

Next, look at the input number the cable is plugged in to, should be input one.

Now when you turn on the screens make sure they’re on input one. You can do this by pressing the on button multiple times and it should show the source in the top right of the screen.

I’ve just taken one of these out of my car so I have a beaten up remote for the Veba system if you need it.

Perfect, i'll have a look.

To see which input the cables in, do i need to take the screen out the headrest or witll the conectors at the base of the seat show it?

I know one screen is "AV1" and the other is "AV2".

That'd be great, as long as i can select discs and play / pause etc i'd be happy... how much?

Cheers,

Ben

Yep, the AV1/AV2 will be on the box at the bottom of the seat to tell you which input is being used.

For the remote, nothing. PM your address and I’ll send it.

Checked under the seats last night, couldn’t see any connectors etc?

Do you have a photo of yours for reference Paul?
