Ebony or almond leather with Santorini Black?

Just ordered a MY15 HSE - due late October. Have chosen santorini black, with tinted glass, ebony interior, black dash and grand black lacquer fascia.

I'm now second guessing myself, and wondering whether it's too black!! Any thoughts on whether ebony or almond looks better would be very welcome!

Too black for my taste, feel a bit clostrophobic in all that black, mine has the almond interior just my thoughts

Horses for courses, but I think it's too black.

I have the same car but have the almond and arabica interior. I'm swapping it for exactly the same thing this month. I think the lighter interior looks so much classier than the black.

FWIW, I have a dog and two young boys. We have a boot liner and keep seat covers on the back seats (the boys have child seats). The front seats get a bit grimy from time to time, but they clean up as new with the autoglym stuff. The light interior is also easier to keep 'tidy' looking, inasmuch as it doesn't show crumbs and crisps and bits of custard cream in the same way the black does. I have given up on trying to keep black interiors looking clean. Hopefully that makes sense. Thumbs Up

I have Santorini Black with ebony interior and gloss black, just got the windows tinted black - I quite like it...

But each to their own...

I have Santorini Black with gloss black & privacy windows.
As much as I like the almond interior it just wouldn't be practical for me (&2dogs&2kids) and so went for ebony and think its great.
Thumbs Up

Having had both, and noting it sounds daft, the lighter interior shows less dirt and looks cleaner.

Black cars with black interiors do seem to be fairly popular on lots of models of cars, but personally it's not for me, although my previous car had a black interior and I never really found it too dark.

I am very pleased with the almond interior of my D4, I nearly purchased a blue one but the black interior (for me at least) somehow didn't seem right.

I brought a stock car that was santorini with ebony interior and black gloss. My first choice was ebony and ivory seats but that meant waiting till November for delivery.
My 07se was Stornaway with alpaca but I have to say its your choice Smile

D3 Stornaway Grey - Gone but not forgotten.

I looked at a SUV a few years ago with black paint, tinted windows & black interior. It was like getting into my coffin.
The almond leather on my 3 year D4 looks as new. I keep a pack of Lord Sheraton leather wipes in the car and just wipe off any marks when they appear. I don't do anything else to the leather.

Coffins down here tend to have the lighter trim rather than ebony Whistle

I hope you never have to find out, but rumour has it that it's very dark on the inside of a coffin Thumbs Up

Each to their own. Personally would never have anything other than black, I really dislike light coloured interiors.
