This is covered quite often, the answer is NO as far as I can remember.
Most people are happy when the little battery packs up and SS stops working..
The alternative of course is to just switch it off..

Hi GAP Diagnostics, You guys need to help out here. This request is on every D4/LR4 forums out there and it's been put in for the new Defender (MultiCAN-566 MHLastUserMode) so maybe you are already working on it for the recent L319. I have read everything on the subject and everybody's concerns/preferences... The best case scenario that would suite everyone would need 2 parts: (1) The possibility to have the ECU remember the last ECO mode selected. (2) The "ECO Mode OFF" light should not stay on for more then 10 or 15 seconds when turning the thing off. That being said, we'll all be happy just with disabling the freaking yellow light when we unplug the auxiliary battery. Thanks guys and keep us posted on the feasibility !
