The only bit that gets me, thats NOT documented it the Butterfly Valve motor bit, seen ALL the pics.
SO am assuming the Motor part on the outside of the housing is a git to get of, and assuming the motor part fits to the rod attached to the butterfly, is it a foolproof re-assemble that the rod has a certain position back onto the motor, and also getting the butterfly out seems to be hassle too.
Maybe too much for moi to tackle

Yes you may have the butterfly spindle which aint gonna budge , but as I have done along with others , just remove the small link and open butterfly flap and jam open with a small self tapper
