You couldn't make it up switcherland are to ban all electric cars this winter due to power shortages Laughing and we can't drive our diesels inside the m25 if khan has his way

No not completely true…. There is only a new law, which makes a partial ban possible “in case of” big shortages on the electrical grid, and such a partial ban is only a part of stage 3 (of max 4 stages) ..

TBH i think every country should have a plan (disaster and recovery plan) for just “in case” , these days do prove that “every” disasters still can happen, pandemics, war, terrorism, etc.
