Engaged Sport for first time

I know its old news but ....

I promised myself I would not engage Sport mode until the new motor had done 2k miles. No idea why but I stuck to it.

Well at the weekend I hit this milestone and WOW - so quick Thumbs Up

Haven't really had a play so far.....noticed it immediately dropped a cog and then held it for longer...any other worthwhile changes over the standard mode ?

A Merc and L200 pick up tried to give me the run around at a round about at Ashford the other day, both shot off like bats out of hell for first set of traffic lights, second set we were level at lights again, this time I was in sport mode and ready for them, Merc on inside lane L200 on outside lane me in middle lights changed and they both floored it, I did not floor it but put foot down pregresivley, came off round about onto a sweeping left hand bend droping down a hill, left the L200 for dust, Merc was alittle ahead of me and thought he was well away, I caught him up and left him for dust, his face was a picture when he looked out to see a 2.5 ton brick shooting past him.

We had a little convoy one night going home from somewhere and we all decided to floor them on the A331...... The glowing embers out of the exhausts looked very impressive Thumbs Up
