| Engine Oil SDV6 HSE Discovery 4 |

Which Engine oil for my 2012 SDV6 HSE Discovery 4 do you recommend….book says Castrol which I always used in my recently sold and much regretted Autobiography Range Rover Sport.
Quick check on Halfords oil checker recommends Castrol Magnatec 5W30 A5 - for the latest start stop technology which mine does not have.
Would like to stick with Castrol, is this Magnatec one ok

It’s not so much the brand, but the grade of oil.
So generally it would be a 5W30, but key point is it C1 or C3 ?
