This has got me really confused.....
The sign in the tyre photo seems to be a spec for something with a range of 300km and a fuel consumption of 25L/100km....that makes it around 9mpg......I can't see that referring to the quads...
Also, they are definitely not Spanish plates...it's true that post-2001, Spanish plates end in 3 letters, but they skipped Axx for some reason and started with Bxx.
As for the German D3 (with a LR registration and LR Experience plate on the roof-rack) and the G4??? Now I'm lost.....even though the photos were posted two weeks after the rest of xtc's G4 photos from Eastnor.
I did think about the the Tour de France or something similiar, but why would support vehicles need MTRs to follow cyclists?
Please xtc...put us out of our misery .....I've got work to do and I can't play Sherlock Holmes all day

Ok Paul,
They were taken last week in a Army camp in Salta, Argentina.
LR Experience are puting on an event in that area for '08 D3's and using G4 vehicles for support. The quad is a LRE machine and the Ambulance suppied by LRE of Germany. The event is being run from a rented shed in the army base..... Easy really!

I thought it was Bolivia judging by the blood on the floor. I was sure this was the room from where Paul Newman and Robert Redford burst out from in the film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, only to be mown down by a hail of bullets. Bit disappointed now. Hey ho!
Can we have another quiz?

There's a penguin on the far left hand side on the top picture standing to attention. I'll go South Georgia 2001.

I remember now, you mentioned it in the pub 'just off the M40' - did you get those frequencies OK or just wing it?
Although the sheds at Eastnor do look similar especially when they were stacked with the G4 tyre stock
