EPB Actuator = global backorder?

My USA spec 05 HSE is currently at the dealer due to a screaming and eventually nonfunctional EPB (the parking brake). This will be the third EPB actuator since new... The LR dealer is telling me that the part is totally unavail from Land Rover. Been waiting 3 weeks already, is anyone else currently having this same difficulty? Are they avail to main dealers in the UK??

LR019223 is the latest EPB module

good stock in Uk
in fact they look like the have 442 of them TLO has left the building.......
I no longer work for a Landrover Dealer

I have since ordered the engine wiring loom.how long does it take them to find one and i might also need the main engine wiring harness,will it take them for ever to manufacture one? Smile

trouble is i'm off now till 27th Sept
i'll get my guys to keep a look on it for me while i'm away
