| Epb cable replacement (threaded one on drivers side) |

Has anyone here actually been able to simply replace the epb cable (drivers side with the threaded end that is drawn into the long spinning cylindrical brass receiver nut inside the epb module itself)? I think I have knackered mine as it sounds awful. It works fine but sounds just like knackered threads. Mine is an 05 tdv6 auto and I assume the epb is original. It's done 100,000 miles.
