error code 045C

error code 045C

So for all you knowledgable people what is error code 045C on the Engine control unit (if that makes any difference).

Had LRA out this evening and they can only find this code and the guy had no clue what is was.

From Pete's helpful PDF file - one for the glovebox? :

P045C00 - Exhaust gas Recirculation B Control Circuit Low - possible reasons:
* Left Hand EGR Control Circuit Low
* EGR Valve Sticking
* Intake Air Temperture sensor circuit fault
* Ambient Pressure sensor circuit fault
* Manifold Temperature/Pressure sensor circuit fault
* Mass Airflow sensor circuit fault
* EGR sensor circuit fault
Actions:
Check the sensors above for faults, if no faults found renew EGR.
