Done it. In two series land rovers. 31 years ago Twisted Evil

Off to Transylvania next year..

Think there is a lot of Eastern Europe to visit still.

Edit to add:

Met a group of youngsters (mid twenties) who took a £75 Skoda and a £50 micra around the world..

And we worry about our ten/twenty grand rigs Big Cry Big Cry

To be fair, the amount of tech in a series 2 is probably on par with a modern skoda Laughing

You have to tell us more about your Romania trip too!

Whilst waiting for the next XOverland series.... I thoroughly recommend the Ray Mears of the 4x4 world - Andrew StPierre White and his channel 4xOverland.

You just have to forgive him his ‘jap cr@p’ phase...

This has been a truly fascinating trip. His style, film making and photography are superb.
Something for the bucket list.

But maybe not in a Land Cruiser.

Just fill your car up with fuel, pack the camping gear and exit your drive.

Leaving left or right could equally lead to an amazing adventure..

Not feeling the latest series. Gave up in fact...

Got a bit zen like and commercial. Wandered away from what they did best

I gave up watching when they decided it would be cool to go in to the cave and kill the big spider for fun - for a program where they say grace and try to come across as good Christians I thought it was pretty poor
