Expidition Roof Rack - Removal

Hi,

Is it straight forward to remove the Expidition Roof Rack?

The reason I'm asking is that I'm considering getting a new D3 (in 2 1/2 weeks) or a D4 (in 2 1/2 months) and will want to retain having a Roof Rack.

Thanks,

LJ

Hi buddy Thumbs Up Yep the hardest bit is the lifting.

I suspect if you have not taken your rack off since you got it, your nuts might be seized, so maybe an investment in a suitable drill and screw extractor for the front fixings might be a good idea.

I had a good crawl around a D4 today, and the interior is very nice, but nowhere to put your phone.
